Read the full storyHounslow is a long strip of west London that follows the Thames and then the A4 out towards the airport. Chiswick is at the eastern end, then Brentford, Gunnersbury, Syon, Isleworth and Osterley, then Hounslow town itself, Heston, Cranford, Hanworth, Bedfont and Feltham at the far end. People in Chiswick do not usually say they live in Hounslow, and they are not being awkward: it is eight miles away.

Every fact links to the official document behind it.
